AI visibility: get recommended by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google.

More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of searching Google. We work so that, when they ask about what you do, your business is one of the answers.

What it is

AI visibility, explained in one paragraph.

AI visibility, also called AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), is the work of getting generative engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI Overviews) to cite and recommend your business in their answers. These systems do not rank links: they select sources they consider clear, consistent and reliable, and summarise them. Whether they pick you depends on how you describe your business, on what other sites say about you, and on whether your content answers the questions people actually ask.

Who it is for

When it makes sense.

Businesses whose competitors already appear in ChatGPT

If the assistant recommends others and not you when someone asks about your service in your area, there is a concrete, measurable opportunity.

Service companies that get compared

Agencies, clinics, firms, software. Questions like “which is the best” or “how much does it cost” are increasingly answered by AI.

Brands with SEO already in place

If you already have organic traffic, AI visibility is the next step and builds on the same technical and content foundation.

What it includes

What the work involves.

01

Visibility audit

We define the prompts that matter for your business and check what the main models say today about you and about your competitors.

02

Entity and consistency

Identical name, location, services and description across your site, structured data, Google Business Profile, directories and profiles. Models penalise ambiguity.

03

Structured data

Schema for the organisation, services, FAQs and pages, linked to each other with identifiers so the information is machine-readable.

04

Citable content

Direct answers at the top of each page, real FAQs, verifiable figures and clear definitions a model can lift without reinterpreting.

05

Mentions in sources models cite

Industry directories, local and specialist press, reviews, comparison listings. We work the sources that actually appear in answers in your category.

06

Access for AI crawlers

A robots.txt that allows GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended, content in HTML rather than JavaScript only, sitemap and llms.txt.

07

Monthly measurement

Tracking of mention share by prompt and by model, movement against competitors, and referral traffic from AI assistants.

FAQ

Questions about AI visibility.

What do AEO and GEO mean?
AEO is Answer Engine Optimization and GEO is Generative Engine Optimization. Both terms describe the same thing: optimising a business and its content so AI assistants cite it in their answers. We say “AI visibility” because that is what people understand.
Can AI visibility be measured?
Yes. We fix a set of questions relevant to your business, check periodically what each model answers, and calculate in what share of answers you appear versus your competitors. We also measure the traffic reaching your site from ChatGPT, Perplexity and similar.
Does AI visibility replace SEO?
No. Google is still the main source of traffic, and AI models lean heavily on the same signals: clear content, authority and consistency. Working them together is more efficient than separately.
How long does it take to show?
Entity and structured data changes are picked up by web-connected models within weeks. Mentions in external sources take longer, between two and six months depending on the sector. We review it every month in the report.
