The story

Behind SHIFT.

SHIFT comes from a simple idea: a business grows more with one partner who sees the whole picture than with five agencies that never talk to each other.

Behind it there is more than ten years of experience in digital marketing, six of them at senior level, working on search strategy, visibility in AI engines and paid acquisition for international brands.

What sets SHIFT apart is that we connect SEO, AI visibility (AEO/GEO), Google Ads, Social Ads (Meta and TikTok) and automation into one system, and decide where to invest according to what actually moves your business.

The office is in Manresa (Barcelona). We work with businesses across Spain, in the Dominican Republic and internationally, in Spanish, Catalan and English.

Common questions.

Who works on my account?
A senior specialist always does the work, the same one who designs the strategy and makes the decisions. When a project needs extra design, copywriting or development specialists, we coordinate them and you keep a single point of contact.
Where is SHIFT based?
The office is in Manresa (Barcelona), at Camí Vell de Santpedor, 3. We work with clients across Spain, in the Dominican Republic and internationally, remotely, and in person in Manresa and Barcelona when it makes sense.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish, Catalan and English. We run projects for Spanish-speaking clients, for Catalan businesses and for international brands.
Why a small agency and not a large one?
Because in a small agency the experienced person is the one doing the work. In many large agencies a senior sells the strategy and someone junior executes it. That distance does not exist here, and it shows in the speed and the judgement behind decisions.
