What data we process and why
Through the contact form we collect your name, email, phone (optional), service of interest and the message you send us. We use them only to answer your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one and, where applicable, to manage the subsequent commercial relationship.
If you write to us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the data you provide for the same purpose.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you tick the form checkbox or contact us on your own initiative (Article 6.1.a GDPR), and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b).
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To run the site and the form we use providers acting as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (web hosting and form handling, based in the United States and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and Google Workspace.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and for a maximum of two years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship begins, in which case it is kept for its duration and the legally required periods afterwards.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@shiftagency.es. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS.
